We posted the teaser of the first Topless Car Wash in Singapore a couple weeks back, not knowing if it will really take place, it seems that everyone was just plain dreaming and most said, “it will never happen here (Singapore)”.
Tease & Wash founder Gerald Chen made it happen, the first Singapore Topless Car Wash was born. Chen promised real girls and he certainly did deliver “real” girls, and we have pictures here to show what happened on the 26th September 2009.
