Daily Chilli reports that the recent Singapore Topless Car Wash is under fire from the local government. It is reported that the location was kept secret before the event and it was dubbed as a private event just so that they can use it as a loophole in Singapore’s Law.
The founder of Tease & Wash, Gerald Chen, spent S$ 1,400 on each of the girls, and each wash lasted for 20-30 minutes.
Under Singapore’s law, it is an offence to expose one’s body in public. Those convicted of the offence can be jailed up to three months, fined up S$2,000 (RM4,800) or both.

‘An offence to expose one’s body in public’, judicial statutory interpretation anybody?
It’s funny that in Singapore, getting caught for these activities, you get punished. That said, for those who peep at naked women also get punished, so this actually means that the people who will report this to the higher authority will also get punished!
