The departure of BMW from Formula 1 is saddening, the sudden news came surprisingly as no one anticipated it. With that said, BMW is still very much committed in motor racing. Recently, BMW took 1st place at the Asian Le Mans Series debut with the M3 GT2. The departure will certainly leave the fans crying, but lets take this a stepping stone for BMW and to wish that there are more to come.
