BMW M1 Caught Testing In Scandinavia

BMW has been busy testing their baby M car, the BMW M1. Having tested it near Munich a couple weeks ago, the German manufacturer has shifted their focus now on cold snowy conditions, in Scandinavia. The M1 will be powered by a straight 4 Twin-Turbo power plant that is said to be producing at approximately 350bhp.

BMW aims to revive the joy of driving, and will be exchanging the heavy bits of the car with carbon fiber. So a very nimble, light and powerful BMW, sounds more like a BMW E30 M3 to me.

Car Magazine published these pictures of the 1-series testing in Scandinavia. Those flared arches and huge wheels are making me drool.
